The work package will be implemented in 2 parts.
In the 1st part, a nation wide research will be conducted – an overview of the current state of educating people with autism. Online questionnaires will be developed to gather information regarding the need for additional knowledge on teaching people with autism among teachers and professionals working in the field of education. The questionnaire will be distributed to teachers and professionals along the whole vertical of the educational system (preschool, elementary school, music school, high school, faculty). The gathered information will be analyzed and interpreted and presented in the report. The key findings will be disseminated.

In the second part of the project examples of good practice with the partner form Norway will be exchanged and afterward multiplicators will be trained.
Examples of good practice and experience will be exchanged with the partner organization from Norway. Within the process of training multiplicators to spread the model and practice into formal and informal education in the field of autism professionals, working within The Association of Non-Governmental Organizations for Autism of Slovenia, OŠ Kozara and Šentprima will attend a study visit in Norway. The study visit will be hosted by the Norwegian project partner SPISS. Afterwards the training for the multiplicators will be organized – mutual online learning, that will be conducted by the Norwegian partner SPISS.
The aim of the first part of the work package is to establish the needs of teachers and professionals in order to improve their teaching of people with autism. The aim of the second part of the work package is to train multiplicators to provide education to teachers and professionals, working in the field of education, to improve their competencies.

Activities within the 2nd part of the project:
- Study visit – the exchange of examples of good practice and experience with partners from The Kingdom of Norway – training of the multiplicators for spreading the model and good practice into formal and informal education in the field of autism
Result: Theme meetings of the consortium partners within the study visit
- Online training of the multiplicators
Result: Trained multiplicators that will provide education to teachers and professionals, working in the field of autism, to implement new models and methods of education.
